Nigerian Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (NAOMS) is a national professional association that aims to meet the needs of its members and the public in the field of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. It is a voluntary non-profit organization.

The organization aims at high standards and ethics in the clinical practice of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, enhancing communication and cooperation between surgeons in various institutions within and outside Nigeria, and the integration of the specialisation into the National Health Care Delivery system and the National Health Insurance Scheme.
